Introduction

Remove folder from source location list in DaVinci Resolve

Removing any existing source from the media storage list can be counterintuitive. Once you have added a new folder to the media storage from the media page, it is not possible to remove the media storage from there, but it can only be done via the system settings.

How to

  • Go to the top menu:
DaVinci Resolve >> Preferences >> System >> Media Storage
  • Select from the list the media folder you wish to remove.
  • Click on "Remove".
