Enable automatic smart bin in DaVinci Resolve
When projects are complex due to the amount of media, it is important to organize them in an efficient way.

Open the menu:
DaVinci Preferences >> User >> Editing >> Automatic smart bins
Then select one of the following options:
- Smart bins for timelines.
- Smart bins for keywords.
- Smart bins for people metadata.
- Smart bins for shot metadata.
- Smart bins for scene metadata.
